About us
We grow many kinds of Japanese grapes in Higashi-hiroshima,Japan.
To ensure all our grapes are of the highest quality we raise our grapes in specially designed containers and greenhouses. The water and temperature conditions for each plant can be precisely controlled. Each grape receives its optimal growing conditions, allowing us to grow the largest and sweetest grapes.

Our order made grape vinegar made with our very own grapes. All natural with no sugar or artificial sweetners added.
If you prefer we also offer mixed variety with honey. We recommend if you buy our honey grape vinegar that you try mixing it with sparkling water as it makes for a refreshing combination. If you plan to use it in cooking we recommend our regular grape veingar.
